thank you for your info about your plans to make live video about your observations. It is a nice site, and it would be really nice, if we can see on it something in real time. Specially for us, in EU, who havenot any chance to see it with our eyes by "nature".
We hope, the comming raining weather season would be a little polite, and dalay a little time with its clouds, and dont disturb the clear night sky around you.

Yesterday I checked some time your camera test. It seems, the frame rate will be good, it produce sometimes only, in 10-15 sec intervals a "glitch", maybe there are some delay in the stream traffic on network delivery. When I checked it, there were 8-12 clients in the same time, hope its performace will be similar, if the numbers of the users will incease signiphicantly.
I cheched it only in dayligh (at local time), is it the JVC 16X model in "Night" mode, as you noticed earlier?

Yes, I also noticed a "glitch", but I believe it is due to the netbook used in the tests. I believe that a better computer can solve the problem.

Basically the orbiter is passing right now over Baikonour and they are trying to get full telemetry from it in order to evaluate further action.

Hopefully now they received new telemetry data, and start to analyze, and decided what to do... hope the best!
